The recommended size for a LinkedIn banner for a personalised account is 1584 x 396 pixels.
If you’re technically and graphically savvy, you can use Canva, Photoshop and similar online graphic tools to create your own banner.
Another hot tip is to treat it like a billboard, promoting your services, skills and speaking gigs.
Be careful where you place your call-to-action or text, sometimes your profile pic will cover a certain aspect of your banner. Meaning real-estate of your text needs to be considered. It can be a little tedious sometimes, sometimes you have to upload and fix up your photo to suit.
